The Vision
The Validation Center™ is a fictional treatment facility featured in Men's Group and the broader Validation Center™ Series by Daria Jayde.
While the center itself exists only within the pages of the novels, the ideas that inspired it are rooted in real-world experiences, observations, and conversations about healing, attachment, relationships, and personal growth.
As both an author and former psychotherapist, Daria Jayde spent decades working with individuals navigating trauma, loss, addiction, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Throughout her career, she observed that people are often more complex than the labels, diagnoses, or categories assigned to them.
The fictional Validation Center™ was created as an imaginative response to a simple question:
What if there were a place designed to help people understand the roots of their struggles rather than simply manage the symptoms?
Within the novels, The Validation Center™ serves as a retreat-like environment where individuals confront unhealthy patterns, explore attachment wounds, practice accountability, and learn healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
At its core, the series explores universal themes of healing, self-discovery, vulnerability, forgiveness, and human connection.
While the story is fictional, the characters’ emotional journeys reflect challenges many readers may recognize in their own lives.
The Validation Center™ represents hope—the belief that growth is possible, relationships can be repaired, and people are capable of rewriting the stories they tell themselves about who they are and who they can become.
What began as a fictional setting for one novel has evolved into the heart of an entire series dedicated to exploring the complexities of human behavior, attachment, and transformation.
