Daria Jayde is the pen name of a seasoned behavioral health professional, educator, and author with more than 25 years of experience working in mental health, trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and human development. Throughout her career, she has served in clinical, administrative, educational, and leadership roles across outpatient, inpatient, community, and crisis care settings.

In addition to her work as a clinician and educator, Daria has taught psychology and social work courses at the college level and has presented professional continuing education programs on topics including trauma-informed care, attachment, addiction, mental health, and resilience. Her experience working with individuals, families, and groups provides a unique foundation for the emotionally rich and psychologically informed characters featured in her fiction.

Daria is the creator of The Validation Center™ Series, a collection of novels that explore attachment, identity, grief, trauma, relationships, and personal growth through compelling fictional narratives. Her debut novel, Men's Group, blends clinical insight with storytelling to examine the challenges men face in breaking unhealthy patterns and building authentic connections.

When she is not writing, Daria enjoys developing educational content, speaking on behavioral health topics, and advocating for trauma-informed approaches across industries. She is currently transitioning from a career in psychotherapy and education to writing full-time.
